Last year the deer weren’t bashful about nibbling on the red raspberries. This year we’re hoping to discourage the behavior. We’ll see how it goes.

passive solar is keeping us actively warm. So far no fire, no furnace. With each passing hour, we peel off more layers (within reason, of course).
